Vijayawada: To promote new ideas and concepts related to passengers and enhancing non-fare revenue, a policy on Indian Railways has been formulated. Under New Innovative Non Fare Revenue Ideas Scheme (NINFRIS), Vijayawada division has been awarded a contract for setting up of mobile accessories shop at Vijayawada station.
KBH Cell Point is a kiosk which provides services like sale of cell phones, accessories, recharge of prepaid mobile numbers, Xerox and lamination. An area of 135 sq ft was allotted to the kiosk which is located at the East Booking Office II, according to PRO of Vijayawada Railway division Vinay.
