By July 4, all the formalities like clearing the sites, documentation and others would be completed and Joint Collector D Markendeyulu was closely monitoring the progress of the house sites distribution programme, he added.
Speaking to The Hans India here on Saturday, he said Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy would launch the house sites distribution scheme on July 8, on the eve of the birth anniversary of former CM Y S Rajasekhar Reddy.
"Distribution of house sites would be made through lottery system while 60 per cent of such process has been completed. Over 400 acres of land was acquired from private landowners and the value of land would be remitted to them within two days" he added.
He further said there was a plan to acquire another 1,300 acres of land for constructing the houses to poor in a phased manner.
Levelling the assigned land would be completed by July 4 along with documentation, he said. No poor would be left out without site under the house site distribution scheme in the district, he asserted.
