Coronavirus in Anantapur: Coronavirus outbreak in Andhra Pradesh continues with over a hundred cases being reported daily. Meanwhile, five members of a family belonging to Nandalapadu village of Tadipatri town of Anantapur district has been diagnosed as Coronavirus positive. The couple along with three children have diagnosed with Coronavirus. They were off to Tamil Nadu before the lockdown and return to the state recently.
Officers sent them to home after they were diagnosed negative for the first time while they were tested positive for the second round of tests. Vigilant officials are trying to find out who their contacts. Meanwhile, 20 positive cases have been reported in the centre of Yadiki Mandal in Anantapur district with two deaths.
Meanwhile, the total number of coronavirus positive cases registered in Andhra Pradesh has increased to 4261 with 135 new cases and 1641 active cases.
