The Andhra Pradesh High Court of Wednesday is scheduled to hear the petition file against the shifting of offices to Visakhapatnam and Kurnool. The court would also hear the petition on the CRDA repeal bill on Wednesday.

On the other hand, the Amaravati advocates will reportedly file a lunch motion petition against the distribution of Amaravati lands to the poor of other districts.

Earlier, despite the High Court has stayed on the shifting of offices from Amaravati in January, the YSRCP government has gone ahead in moving the assets to Kurnool and also release funds for the Millennium Towers in Visakhapatnam to make it as a secretariat of the state. However, the lawyer from the Amaravati has filed a petition to stall the shifting of offices and court would hear petitions on Wednesday.
