In a Flexi designed for the opening ceremony of Grama Sachivalyam, Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy's name was tagged with Municipal Commissioner designation in place of Chief Minister while local MLA Alajangi Jogarao was named as a special officer in the Flexi. The Flexi was set up in front of Grama Sachivalyam. The locals were shocked to see this Flexi, and the pic has gone viral on social media.

Officers who spotted the image removed immediately. "Minor mistakes like this would bring a bad reputation to the government." Officials warned.
