Kadapa: Finding fault with the YSRCP government for going on borrowing spree to implement welfare activities, Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee president Sake Sailajanath has expressed the fear that such a deed will lead to State going bankrupt.

Addressing a press conference at Vempalle on Sunday, the APCC president, however, hastened to add that the Congress party was not against welfare scheme being implemented. He pointed out that there was no development in State. except construction of roads in Pulivendula.

The congress leader alleged that the YSR Congress Party was playing opportunistic politics relating to NRC and NPR just to please Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

Saying that the Prime Minister or elders in the government should take responsibility for brutal killing of Indian soldiers by Chinese troops. He said the integrity and economic condition of the country were in danger. He said the BJP-lead NDA government had totally failed in containing the spread of Coronavirus, he said.

APCC working president N Tulasi Reddy and others were present.
