Jana Sena Party (JSP) chief Pawan Kalyan has demanded State Election Commission (SEC) start the nomination process again in the wake of postponement of local body elections for six weeks.

Speaking to reporters at Shelton hotel on Sunday, the actor turned politician said the present nomination process was conducted amidst violence. "JSP will lodge a complaint with central government and central election commission as well, " he added.

JSP will go-to court of law against the nomination process. "JSP will also lodge a complaint to the central government against the officials who worked in support of the ruling party, " Pawan Kalyan asserted.

Earlier in Sunday morning, the stare election commissioner has announced the postponement of local body election in the state citing fast-spreading coronavirus across the country. The decision has been taken to curtail the congestion of the people.
