Rajamahendravaram: MP Margani Bharat Ram lambasted former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu for his behaviour in the ongoing assembly session. Along with his MLAs, the TDP supremo intentionally trying to stall assembly proceedings, he criticised.

Speaking to media at his office here on Wednesday, he said the people were watching the attitude TDP MLAs, who were trying to mislead the House with baseless allegations. The people were observing the intolerance of Naidu in the assembly. TDP will disappear in the state in the ensuing days, he opined.

Polavaram Project will be completed by 2021 and Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was giving top priority for relief and rehabilitation works of the project and he will discuss the problem with Prime Minister Narendra Modi shortly. The Chief Minister was rectifying the lapses took place during TDP's five years rule, he added.

The MP said Polavaram Project would have been completed by this time, had Jagan Mohan Reddy captured power in 2014 assembly elections. The corruption in relief and rehabilitation package also be taken to the notice of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The government will distribute house sites to 30 lakh beneficiaries in the state on December 25 and construct houses to the poor by charging Re 1 only, which will create history.

The cultural capital of the state will be developed by the year 2021 with all facilities, he averred.
