YCRCP MLA Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy who attended Tuesday's assembly session was taken to the hospital immediately after he fell sick in the assembly premises. He was taken to a local hospital while doctors suggested to take him to a private hospital in Vijayawada for better treatment.

Doctors said that Sridhar Reddy's health condition is stable at present. Ministers Alla Nani, Perini Nani and MLA Jogi Ramesh have met Kotam Reddy's Sridhar Reddy in hospital in solidarity.

Kotamreddy won as Nellore Rural MLA for the second time in 2019 constituency. The MLA who is loyal to YS family Reddy has been involved in many controversies in the past. Recently, a case has been filed against him for abusing a female government official.
