The arguments ended on Tuesday in an appeal filed by the NAvayuga Engineering company in High Court challenging the single judge's revocation of previous stay orders on the termination of the PHEP agreement.

Senior advocate P Wilson argued on behalf of the Navayuga group ad said that APGENCO had cancelled the agreement without prior notice and explanation. We still have time to complete the PHEP work.
