Rajahmundry MP Margani Bharat Ram, Narsaraopeta MLA Gopireddy Srinivas Reddy and YSRCP Rajahmundry rural coordinator Chandana Nageswar participated in various development works in Kolamuru Panchayat (Konthamuru village) in Rajahmundry rural constituency on Tuesday.
Rajamahendravaram : (East Godavari District) Rajahmundry MP Margani Bharat Ram, Narsaraopeta MLA Gopireddy Srinivas Reddy and YSRCP Rajahmundry rural coordinator Chandana Nageswar participated in various development works in Kolamuru Panchayat (Konthamuru village) in Rajahmundry rural constituency on Tuesday.
Development works worth Rs 210 lakh were taken up in Kalyan Nagar and Employees Colony.
MP Bharat said Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is changing the face of the villages and bringing governance nearer to the people. A water plant will be constructed in Konthamuru village, he said. The MP inaugurated sanitation drive under the auspices of Rajahmundry Corporation in the village.
Locals informed the MP that the streetlights in the village were not working properly. He immediately spoke to authorities and ordered them to address the streetlights problem.
