The 128th birth anniversary of the national leader Dr BR Ambedkar was celebrated in a grand manner by the Prakasam district administration, political, dalit and public organisations on Sunday.

The district Collector, Vadarevu Vinay Chand, Joint Collector S Nagalakshmi, Special Collector VR Chandramouli, DRO V Venkata Subbaiah, social welfare DD Lakshmi Sudha, SC corporation ED Krishnaveni, minority welfare department officer Jhansi Rani, and other officials paid rich tributes to the Ambedkar by garlanding his photograph in the collectorate.
