Dr Karri Rama Reddy has said that Surya Namaskara Yagnam will be held at Sri Tyagaraja Narayana Dasa Seva Samithi from 6:30 am to 8:30 am on June 30.
Rajamahendravaram: Dr Karri Rama Reddy has said that Surya Namaskara Yagnam will be held at Sri Tyagaraja Narayana Dasa Seva Samithi from 6:30 am to 8:30 am on June 30. Speaking to reporters at Press Club here on Thursday, he said the yoga practice will be organised under the aegis of Nunna Ramji and Sankunthula of USA.
The programme helps to combat the problems of diabetics, BP, constipation etc and also benefit the people in many ways. He advised the participants to bring a mat and come with white dress, if possible.
Everyone in society should spare some time for yoga practice to maintain sound health as well as good physique. Yoga is an ancient form of health system and underlined the need to practice it. Nunna Ramji, Patanjali Srinivas and others were present.
