TDP stages protest at Alipiri over the injustice being done to BCs in local body elections

Andhra Pradesh Backward Castes association president and TDP leader, Narasimhulu Yadav have staged a protest at Alipiri Padala mandapam in Tirupati on Tuesday. He alleged that the YSRCP government of injustice done to the BC's in the upcoming local body elections by reducing the reservations. The TDP along with BC caste associations have staged a dharna demanding the protecting of reservations to BC caste.
Speaking to media, Narasimhulu Yadav alleged government of its false policies to minimise the reservations to BCs. He demanded the government to come up with a plan of action to satisfy the people of BC castes by bringing reservations to BCs in upcoming local body elections.
Earlier, the High Court on Monday has ordered the government not to exceed the reservations more than fifty percent. In this backdrop, the BC associations have staged protests to safeguard the reservations to the BCs in the ensuing local body elections.
