In view of solar eclipse on June 21, darshan for devotees will not be permitted at Tirumala shrine and other TTD temples in Tirupati on that day as they remain closed during the eclipse period
Tirumala: In view of solar eclipse on June 21, darshan for devotees will not be permitted at Tirumala shrine and other TTD temples in Tirupati on that day as they remain closed during the eclipse period.
The eclipse will occur between 10:18 am and 1:38 pm. Due to solar eclipse, there will be no distribution of Annaprasadam at Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Annaprasadam Complex.
The temple will be closed after Ekanta Seva on June 20 and will be reopened after the eclipse was over at 2:30 p m on June 21 . After reopening of the shrine on June 21, Suddhi and
Punyahavachanam will be performed as purification rituals followed by Thomala, Koluvu, Panchanga Sravanam at Bangaru Vakili in the shrine.
