Vijayawada: Senior IAS officer G Vani Mohan has been appointed as the Secretary of the Andhra Pradesh State Election Commission.
Chief Secretary Nilam Sawhney issued orders late on Saturday night appointing Vani Mohan as the Secretary. Vani Mohan is the Commissioner of the Co-operative Department and Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Dairy Development Co-operative Federation.
Vani Mohan also holds full additional charge as Commissioner, Archaeology, and Museums, till further orders are issued by the Government. She is a 1996 batch IAS officer.
