Vijayawada: Central Excise, Custom officers new panel elected
M Nagaraju has been elected as the president of the Central Excise and Customs Gazetted Executive Officers Association. Election officers S Rajya Lakshmi and JVBV Veerabhadra Rao announced the results of elections held on Sunday.

According to a press release, the 13 member new executive body has been elected and took oath on Sunday. Following are the members of the new panel. M Nagaraju (Guntur) is the new president. Gadde Tailk (Vijayawada) is the general secretary and Gummadi Seetaramaiah Chowdary is the treasurer.
B Rajeswara Rao (Tenali), TVGK Murthy (Guntur) and Ch Eswara Rao (Nellore) were elected as the vice-presidents.
KU Yugandhar Kumar (Guntur), K Vijaya Raju) Nellore, G Jaya Prakash (Vijayawada), G Prameela Rani (Guntur) have been elected as the joint secretaries.
Nandipati Srinivas (Guntur), K Ravi Kumar (Vijayawada) and Abdul Azeem (Vijayawada) have been elected as the JCM members. The executive panel represents five districts of Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam, Nellore and West Godavari.
