Amalapuram: With the entry of Jana Sena party, triangular contest is likely to witness in the Razole Assembly constituency in the elections to be held on April 11. TDP candidate and sitting MLA Gollapalli Surya Rao, YSRCP candidate Bonthu Rajeswara Rao and JSP candidate Rapaka Vara Prasad are contesting in the constituency.

Here women voters would be key factor and decide the winning horses. TDP candidate Gollapalli Surya Rao is soliciting votes based on the development activities executed during the five years TDP tenure. He is also depending on the charisma of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu's popularity in the constituency. In 2014 elections, TDP candidate was elected because of alliance with JSP. Now, as there was no alliance with JSP, TDP candidate is putting his endeavour to win in this election.

Meanwhile, YSRCP candidate Bonthu Rajeswara Rao is depending on party's Navaratnalu, the welfare schemes announced in the party manifesto, and appealing people to give him a chance to serve them. He is claiming the welfare schemes being introduced during former chief minister Dr Y S Rajasekhar Reddy's tenure would yield him votes.

Moreover, he is also depending on women and youth votes as they are the largest beneficiaries during the YSR's stint. JSP candidate Rapaka Vara Prasad is believing the party's policies, Pawan Kalyan's stardom and the efforts of Jana Sainikulu. The constituency elected Congress candidates for five times, TDP for five times, CPI candidates four times, Independent and Congress (Reddy) each one time.
