The unidentified group of people attacked Jabi Ullah, a YSRCP leader from Rahatmatpura, in the town of Hindupur in Anantapur district. Jabiullah was seriously injured in the attack. Family members rushed him to the local government hospital as the situation has worsened. Doctors are currently treating him.

Family members of YSRCP leader Jabi Ullah have complained in the police station. The case was registered by the police. Police suspect the attack may have been due to past disputes between two families. However, the accused is being detained and is being investigated.

In an another incident in Chittoor, the clash between leaders of the YSRCP in Nakkaladinne Vaddipalle and New Kalwa in the KV village zone of Chittoor district. The altercation, which started short on Saturday night, went on until they finally attacked each other. The conflict between women in the matter of water has led to the attacks with stones and sticks. During this incident, Nakkaladinne Vaddipalle and the new Kalva villagers split into two groups and attacked each other.

From midnight until dawn they were attacked with stones and bottles of beer. The attacks resulted in heavy property damage. Cars and two-wheelers were destroyed while some were set on fire, which caused many vehicles to crash. Upon receiving information about the riot, the police reached the scene and reviewed the situation.
