As per rules, every month banks are closed on Sundays and second and fourth Saturdays while regular working hours are followed on the first and third Saturdays.
As per rules, every month banks are closed on Sundays and second and fourth Saturdays while regular working hours are followed on the first and third Saturdays.
In August, we have four Sundays, i.e. August 4, August 11, August 18 and August 25. This month the second and the fourth Saturday are falling on August 10 and August 24 respectively.
Apart from the weekly holidays, this month, banks will be closed on Independence Day (August 15) and Eid (August 12).
