Century 21 forays into India with Ravi Shastri

Century 21, a real estate franchise, is preparing to enter India, bringing its global network of approximately 15,000 offices and more than 4,00,000 real estate professionals to one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing property markets.

The company has appointed cricket legend, former India Head Coach and broadcaster Ravi Shastri as Brand Ambassador as it establishes its presence in the country.

Century 21 is entering India amid strong growth in the country’s real estate sector, which is projected to reach $5.8 trillion by 2047, lifting its contribution to GDP from 7.3 per cent to 15.5.

Clients will be able to work with professionals in India while accessing international expertise and property opportunities across the company’s markets worldwide. The launch will also give the group’s existing international client base a new point of access to India’s property market.
