Prione targets digitalising 10 lakh SME's
Prione Business Services Limited, a joint venture between Catamaran Ventures and Amazon, said it enabled one lakh SME’s in May 2019, across more than 100 cities in India.
Hyderabad: Prione Business Services Limited, a joint venture between Catamaran Ventures and Amazon, said it enabled one lakh SME's in May 2019, across more than 100 cities in India. Besides, Prione targets to reach 10 lakh enterprises in the coming years.
The company provides online sellers with a range of services such as cataloguing, warehousing, online advertising etc. Speaking about the two Telugu States, it said, over 6,500 SMEs from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have been served and, 2,000 SMEs in Hyderabad have been onboarded for digital payments.
With other services mentioned, Prione also brings SMEs on Amazon Pay platform for online payments. The company further said that sellers from these two States hold products mostly from categories such as healthcare (ayurveda and herbal products), artificial jewellery and consumer electronics.
