Suriya played the lead role in the new movie titled Bandobast. The film released today and it also features Arya, Sayyeshaa, Mohanlal and others in the key roles. The movie is directed by KV Anand with whom Suriya already worked on the movies like Veedokkade and Brothers.
Interestingly, the film released with a less promotional buzz but it did well and opened to average reviews at the box-office. The film which is laced with thrilling elements impressed the fans of the genre. The movie got positive reviews in Tamil and the action movie lovers owned the film and spread the positive talk.
Coming to the Telugu states, there is a better talk when compared to Suriya's last movie NGK. We may expect better openings that his previous movie and considering the performance of the movie over the weekend, we may come to a conclusion over the box-office verdict of the movie.
