With such huge appreciation and response, there are certain expectations on the numbers made by the film, but we would say that it is a letdown.
According to pot reports, the film has made a total share of 35 crores worldwide. It has clearly surpassed the pre-release business of 24 crores, making it a successful project, but for the word of mouth and the buzz that the movie has created, much better numbers were expected.
Although it has been a month, the film is still running in theatres, surviving the biggies like Avengers and Maharshi, clearly shows the performance of a good film.
