The National Testing Agency is ready to conduct the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) -UG 2019 tomorrow, i.e. May 5, 2019. The NEET exam will be held at 2:00 p.m. at 5:00 p.m.

The National Testing Agency is ready to conduct the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) -UG 2019 tomorrow, i.e. May 5, 2019. The NEET exam will be held at 2:00 p.m. at 5:00 p.m. in the exam centre allotted to the candidates which are already mentioned in the admit card downloaded from the official website of NTA NEET-nataneet.nic.in.

Candidates are recommended to follow the steps mentioned below to ensure strict confidentiality, integrity and fairness in the examination.

1. Download and keep a hard copy of your NEET 2019 admit card from the official website

2. Check the following details as mentioned on the admission card

 Your report time in the NEET exam centre is 12.00 noon

 The closing time of the examination centre is 1.30 pm

 The examination date is May 5, 2019, from 2:00 p.m. at 5:00 p.m.

3. It is recommended that you visit your NEET examination centre one day before the exam to familiarize yourself with the location and the means to get to the exam on time.

4. You must be at the examination centre at 12:00 noon as several procedures need to be completed before the exam.

5. You can only carry the following items

 A clear colour printout of your NEET 2019 admission card on A4 size paper. You must attach a passport size photograph (similar to the one that was loaded in the NEET online application form)

 A passport size photograph (similar to the one that was uploaded on the online application form) to paste it on the Center's attendance sheet

 A valid photo ID proof in original (PAN Card / Driver License / Voter ID / Passport / Aadhaar Card (with photograph) / E- Aadhaar Card / Ration).

Please note that ID cards issued by schools /colleges/universities/ training centres, Aadhar registration receipt without Aadhar number or photocopies or images stored in mobile phones, etc. will not be accepted.

 PwD certificate issued by the competent authority, if claimed the relaxation under PwD category. Candidates with Physical Disability are requested to report before the time for facilitation during admission.

6. Follow the specific requirements and cooperate during the frisking. Candidates who do not undergo frisking will not be allowed in the examination centre.

7. It is not allowed to bring instruments, geometries, pencils, bags, purses, any type of paper, stationery material / text material (printed or written material), printing and water elements (loose or packaged), mobile phones, headphones or microphones / Pager, Calculator, DocuPen, Slide rules, Record tables, Camera, Tape recorder, to use / carry any type of clock, including electronic clocks with calculator functions, any metallic element or electronic devices / devices in the examination hall.

Diabetic students will be allowed to bring edible foods such as sugar pills/fruits (such as banana/apple/ orange) and a bottle of clear water to the exam hall. However, they will not be allowed to take packaged foods such as chocolate /candy/sandwich, etc.

It should be noted that there may be no provision for the safe storage of your valuables in all examination centres. Therefore, please come prepared accordingly.

8. Candidate should abstain from using ornaments such as ring, earrings, nose pin, chain/necklace, pendants, badge and brooch, etc.

9. Unless the weather requires it, candidates are recommended to wear light clothing (preferably half sleeves) and slippers, low-heeled sandals and no shoes to feel comfortable.

10. In case the candidates come with cultural/customary attire at the Examination Center, they must report before 12:00 noon so that there is enough time for frisking without any inconvenience for the candidate while maintaining the sanctity of the exam.

11. Candidates will receive a black ballpoint pen in the examination room to write and mark on the attendance sheet, the Test Booklet and the OMR Answer Sheet.

12. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before the conclusion of the test. After completing the exam, the OMR Answer Sheet must be delivered to the Invigilator in the exam hall and candidates can take the Test Booklet with them.

13. The candidate must carefully verify that the code of the Trial Booklet printed on Side 2 of the answer sheets is the same as that printed on the booklet.

14. Candidates will not be allowed to remove any page(s) from the Test Booklet and if any page(s) is/are found missing from his/her test booklet, he/she will be proceeded against and shall be liable for criminal action.

15. Candidates must enter all the details in the Test Booklet, Attendance Sheet and OMR Answer Sheet. They sign (in legible running hand) and Left Hand Thumb Impression twice and stick the Photo at the correct place in the Attendance Sheet. They should also make sure that their Left-Hand Thumb Impression is clear and it is not smudged.

16. Candidates are recommended to go through all instructions provided in the NEET Admit Card.

17. Any violation of Instructions will demand disciplinary action including ban from the future examination.
