Hyderabad: Nutritious feast arranged for kids
The tiny tots of The Play School, the exclusive wing of Sister Nivedita School, Ameerpet had their snack break with a difference on Friday.
Hyderabad: The tiny tots of The Play School, the exclusive wing of Sister Nivedita School, Ameerpet had their snack break with a difference on Friday. The children these days are fussy eaters. They enjoy lots of junk food that affects their healthy growing. In order to encourage the children to eat healthy, 'Healthy Nutritious Feast' was organised as a part of 'Fitness Week' celebration. The students of UKG, with the help of their teachers prepared a 'Proteinaceous' chat including all the varieties of grams and cereals.
The students of LKG and Nursery prepared 'Fruit Salad'. The students not only relished healthy and nutritious snack on their platter but also learnt the importance of eating healthy for a healthy lifestyle. Just as all the ingredients together could enhance the taste of their snacks, the children learnt that united when they stand, they could overcome any hurdle and enhance peace and harmony in the society. Overall the day was a treat for the students with a happy learning.
