Visakhapatnam: GITAM students shine in ACCA global exams
Around eight students from GITAM Institute of Management of GITAM Deemed University successfully completed Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) global exams conducted during the year 2019.
Visakhapatnam: Around eight students from GITAM Institute of Management of GITAM Deemed University successfully completed Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) global exams conducted during the year 2019. The students who are studying B.Com.(Hons) course B.Mythri, Ch.Lakshmi Sravani, C.Meghana, S.Sai Samanth, P.Satya Sravani, C.Reshma, T. Ajay, R.Lunia completed the course in first attempt, informed by Institute Director Prof.Y.Gowtham Rao here on Tuesday.
The ACCA is the global professional accounting body offering the Chartered Certified Accountant qualification (ACCA). The ACCA has 2,00,000 members and 4,86,000 students in 180 countries. ACCA's headquarters are in London with principal administrative office in Glasgow. It is recognised by member states of the European Union and the United Nations. Many multinational and local firms in 118 countries seek or require their employees to study for prestigious qualification. The ACCA professional qualification covers all areas of business, taxation, law, audit and ethics.
