Zenith literature fest underway in Hyderabad
The two-day ‘Zenith’ literature and the cultural fest kicked off at Kala Veeksha hall on Saturday. It has been organised by Kalakriti of GITAM Deemed-to-be University, Hyderabad. Roopa Pukkalla, Alumni of GITAM and Consulting Editor, Educationalist, Senior Corporate Consultant graced as chief guest in the inaugural session.
Hyderabad: The two-day 'Zenith' literature and the cultural fest kicked off at Kala Veeksha hall on Saturday. It has been organised by Kalakriti of GITAM Deemed-to-be University, Hyderabad. Roopa Pukkalla, Alumni of GITAM and Consulting Editor, Educationalist, Senior Corporate Consultant graced as chief guest in the inaugural session. In her speech, she told that GITAM has mentored her for multi-tasking ability. The art teaches us discipline, practice, strong will, interpersonal, communication and social skills, she added. The Chief Guest declared the fest is open.
Earlier, GITAM Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof. N.Siva Prasad felicitated the guest in the presence of DVVSR Varma, Resident Director and Prof. A.Sreeram, Director, Student Affairs.
Kalakriti has been organising this wholesome experience event with prior registration. During the two-day event the team Kalakriti has scheduled the events like, V4 band, What do you meme?, A Tale of four pictures, Chamber of Secrets, Ishq-e-film, Superhero Showdown, Zoya-The Musical, Debattle, Entertainment Opinion: This or That, JAM, Music Workshop, Dance Workshop, Symphony, Beat it! Vol1, Open mic, Zumba Workshop, Vectorise and Treasure Hunt etc.
The event ends up with standup comedy by Naveen Richard. He was the founder of the Better Life Foundation, the South Indian boy stuck in Space from Star Boyz or the angry kids' library owner from Pushpavalli.
