Phoenix Foundation & US Consulate is inviting all for an evening of music on the week of World Music Day on June 23.
Phoenix Foundation & US Consulate is inviting all for an evening of music on the week of World Music Day on June 23.Featuring are two bands supported by Public Affairs Section US Consulate & Phoenix India Group. Known as Fête de la Musique is an annual music celebration that takes place on third week of June. On Music Day the citizens of a city or world are allowed and urged to play music outside in their neighbourhoods or in public spaces and parks. Free concerts are organised, where musicians play for fun and not for payment. The concept started in France in 1981. Since it has spread to the world. In Hyderabad it has been doing for last few years with partners like Alliance Francaise, Goethe Zentrum, US Consulate, HPS, Vidyaranya and other venues. All are welcome to this evening and the entry is free.
