Corporator Janakirama Raju undertakes padayatra
Local Corporator Janakirama Raju on Wednesday went on a ‘padayatra’ in Hydernagar division and assured residents that he was taking various steps to solve their problems.
Hydernagar: Local Corporator Janakirama Raju on Wednesday went on a 'padayatra' in Hydernagar division and assured residents that he was taking various steps to solve their problems.
In Prashanthnagar and A S Rajunagar, Raju moved with the Basti Committee members, representatives of welfare associations, GHMC officials and local leaders. He focussed attention on early completion of drainagar, water lines, streetlights, damaged manholes, ending water stagnation and advised officials to complete the works at the earliest.
Raju informed the residents that he would undertake padayatras in phases in all colonies of the division with the aim of developing them on all fronts. Among those who accompanied the corporator were Works Inspector Mahadev, TRS leaders Prabhakar Reddy, Subba Rao, Someshwar Reddy, Hariprasad Raju, Veera Reddy, Rammohan Raju and Ashirwadam.
