Deputy Mayor Baba Fasiuddin plants saplings in mosque
Deputy Mayor of GHMC Baba Fasiuddin, along with Madhapur Corporator B Jagdishwar Goud, has planted saplings in Kakatiya Hills Mosque, as part of the 'Haritha Haram' programme. They planted saplings along with GHMC Chandanagar Deputy Commissioner Yadagiri Rao.
Serilingampally: Deputy Mayor of GHMC Baba Fasiuddin, along with Madhapur Corporator B Jagdishwar Goud, has planted saplings in Kakatiya Hills Mosque, as part of the 'Haritha Haram' programme. They planted saplings along with GHMC Chandanagar Deputy Commissioner Yadagiri Rao.
Addressing the gathering, the Deputy Mayor and the Corporator described the Haritha Haram programme as a boon for future generations. Goud stated that the plantation drive would continue for three days from Saturday. He directed the GHMC officials to provide streetlights on the route to the mosque, repair the road damaged in the recent rain and carry out the upkeep of the surroundings of the place of worship.
Among those present were TRS leaders Krishna, Srinivas, Engineering EE Chinna Reddy, Health Officer Ravi, UBD Manager Hema, Supervisor Kurmayya, sanitation staffer S R P Srinivas, Works Inspector Sharma.
