Garbage dumping by GHMC angers locals
Residents of Gandhi Nagar are outraged against the local civic authorities for not clearing garbage from the dump that has formed near GHMC Park in Gandhi Nagar, Hyderabad.
Gandhi Nagar: Residents of Gandhi Nagar are outraged against the local civic authorities for not clearing garbage from the dump that has formed near GHMC Park in Gandhi Nagar, Hyderabad.
The residents point out that the GHMC workers are dumping the garbage near the park. "The local sanitation workers are not clearing the garbage from the bins and as a result, there is a pile of garbage now outside the park which is shedding foul smell and stagnant water that spreads all over the road," pointed out Rajendra Prasad, a local resident.
"We have tried many times to intimate the officials but no one has addressed our issue nor has replied. We want a solid action on this we are facing this issue past many years, we want a solid solution for this" added Rajendra.
