Haleem has protein contents and carbs which is needed during Roza to keep your body fit whole day." A humble Md Shabbiruddin, the owner, informed, "My father started this hotel and haleem service 24 years ago. We have a dedicated clientele and are well-known in Yousufguda and Ameerpet area."

"We have been serving for 14 years and during Ramzan customers come here from all over the city. We grind our own wheat which makes our dish superior," said Sayyed Adil, the owner of Shah Ghouse, Shalibanda. Nayeem, a customer, said that he had been visiting for the last 10 years and the taste remained the same.

"My children and parents love the haleem from here," he said. According to another customer Rohit, "It is healthy and is filled with proteins, which makes it an ideal meal during Ramzan especially for those who fast."

For six glorious years, Brothers Bawarchi Restaurant at Motinagar has been stealing hearts of Haleem lovers during Ramzan. "It's been six years since we are serving haleem. Our specialty is the blend of pure meat and masala we use," explains its owner Salahuddin. Pawan, a customer, testifies to this when he says, "Haleem over here is very tasty.

I often come here during Ramzan to eat haleem." Yasim said: "The haleem is very tasty. I love the roasted onion and dry fruits in them which gives this a very unique taste. I have been visiting here for the past 4 years to hang out with my friends and to eat haleem during Ramzaan and the tastes has been the same all these years."

This hotel at Shamsheerganj has been serving the star delicacy for the last four years during Ramzan, and its owner Pasha was happy to note that, "we got a great response from our customers. The roasted dry fruits and onions make our dish delicious and our service."

Agrees Malik Ruhi Biyabani, Coordinator at Progress High School at Bahadurpura. He says, "Haleem of Zaffran is very famous around Falaknuma area. Many visit this place with their families. The beauty of Ramzan and haleem is we get to see people of different religions coming here to savour the dish." Mohd Qayyum, a diehard fan of Haleem, says "This is our regular hangout spot during Ramzan."

Mohd Khaja Hassan, the proud owner of Green Bawarchi at Krishna Nagar Colony, says the rush to his hotel during Ramzan was very heart-warming. "The fact that several customers for the last 14 years have been coming here to taste haleem goes to show we are doing a good job. A number of people from the film world too make it a point to come here."

Agrees Javed, a customer, who says: "I used to come here with my father. Now I bring my family and my kids." Zakir, another customer, said, "My whole friend circle loves the haleem of Green Bawarchi. We have been visiting this place since our school days. I love both chicken and mutton haleem here but the mutton haleem is tastier. "

For the last five years, hundreds of people visit Hotel Diamond Point, Yousufguda Check Post, everyday during Ramzan month to taste its specialty – Haleem. "It has been five years since we have been serving Haleem and the clientele keeps growing year and year. People from all walks of life come here.

A number of youngsters have taken a liking to the Haleem," said a beaming owner Sayyed Sharif. Saikrishna said, "We have a big group of friends who come here very often to eat biryani and other Irani dishes but during Ramzan it has to be haleem."

Shaikh Mansoor, the owner of Fine Haleem, Shalibanda, says this of Haleem speciality at his hotel: "Our hotel is known for mutton haleem which we are serving for the last 12 years. We use pure ghee and organic masala." Mohd Zaffaruddin, a regular at Fine, informed that his family loves the haleem there. "Our whole family sits together and eats. It has become a ritual."

Speaking of the taste of Haleem at Rayudu Hotel at Motinagar in Borabanda, a customer Ramesh says: I have been having haleem for the past three years. My friend showed me this place." Its owner Rajesh Edulakanti informed that, "It's been eight years we have been serving haleem during Ramzan and the customers have taken a liking to our dish." Arun, a customer, recalls, "We used to come here on bicycles. Today we come here on motorbikes but the taste and quality is same."
