Join with Master Nischal Yodha, who talks about the history, evolution, philosophy and application of Indian martial arts in warfare as well as in our daily life. With over three decades of practical experience in learning and teaching Indian martial arts and various other combat systems of the world, Master Nischal now extracts some of the hidden gems and secret wisdom behind our country's martial art systems and conveys it to the people at large.

With the discovery of these profound insights, he now guides you in a realistic journey of holistic fitness, healing, reverse ageing and other spiritual benefits which some of our rare and ancient arts still hold.

Master Nischal is the 7th generation master of the Indian martial art called 'Dommi-Saamu'. He was trained by many legendary masters in some of the rarest Indian martial arts like Vajramushti, Mallayudham and Marma-Kala. He is a well experienced and senior teacher in yoga and therapeutic yoga.
