Land sharks encroached eight kuntas land in Sy No: 31 under revenue limits of Quthbullapur. A board stating that the land belongs to Telangana Revenue Department has been removed by encroachers.

It is learnt that the land sharks have leased the land for parking of vehicles of Jyothi Milk Factory. The factory has been reportedly paying Rs 40,000 every month for the encroachers. The issue has been taken to the notice of Tahsildar Goutham Kumar.
It has been two months that the Tahsildar assured action against the encroachers. It is allegedly learnt from the residents that the development is static. They suspect officials are hand in glove with the land sharks. The residents demand that officials reinstall the board and ensure the land is grabbed from the encroachers.
