Residents raise funds for motor pumps, society office
Corporator Ragam Nagender Yadav on Sunday launched two new motors and a new office under the Rajivgruhakalpa water tank at an estimated cost of Rs 3.75 lakh which was contributed by the residents.
Serilingampally: Corporator Ragam Nagender Yadav on Sunday launched two new motors and a new office under the Rajivgruhakalpa water tank at an estimated cost of Rs 3.75 lakh which was contributed by the residents.
Yadav hailed the Rajivgruhakalpa residents for their united voluntary initiative, while criticising the HMWSSB and GHMC officials for their 'evasive' attitude in solving the residents' problems on water supply, payment of power bills.
He said with the installation of two motors the residents would not face any water supply problem. Among those present were former councilor Durgam Veeresham Goud, ward member Srikala, TRS leaders Venkateswar Rao, Srinivas, Sarayya Goud, Yellesh, Balaji Singh, Mahender, Chandrakala, Shasikala, Sujata and Roja.
