Parigi: CPM activists conducted 'Shava Yatra' for the effigy of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, criticizing that he is neglecting the striking RTC workers here on Tuesday. They took out procession from Baharpet, but were interrupted by the police midway.
They snatched the effigy. District party president M Venkataiah criticized the attitude of the state government toward the RTC strike. He also said the government is running with the support of police. He announced that 'Chalo Hyderabad' programme would be held on Wednesday, as part of the strike.
