Take part in green campaign: Dodla
Local Corporator Dodla Venkatesh Goud has called upon people to become partners in the State government’s prestigious programme of ‘Haritha Haram’ so as to ensure protection of the environment.

Goud was addressing the gathering after taking part in the programme at Shamshiguda of Allwyn Colony division on Saturday. He planted many saplings in the area. He pointed out that each person should plant at least two saplings to check environmental pollution.
The corporator said that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao's aim in taking up the programme was to usher in 'Haritha Telanagana'. "In order to achieve this, everyone should extend their cooperation," he added.
Among those present during the plantation drive were municipal ward members Chinnollas Srinivas, TRS leaders Shivraj Goud, Ramaswamy, Nagabushnam, Maruti Ramchandar, Nagaraju, Babu and Aizaz.
