Sangareddy: Joint Collector K Nikhila on Friday said that young women would excel in their lives if they were provided skill development training in the fields of their interest, apart from benefiting them financially.
She presided over a workshop conducted by Mahitha in collaboration with MEDVAN. The Joint Collector appreciated the efforts of NGOs in containing trafficking of girls. She released a poster regarding the skill development programme.
District Employment Officer Vandana, state engagement officer of national skill development programme Prashanti, Director of MEDVAN Madhusudan Reddy, coordinator of Mahitha Parvathi, Rural Self-Employment Officer KV Ramireddy and others were present.
