Palamuru Uni prof receives State ‘Best Teacher’ award
Mahabubnagar: Palamuru University IQAC Director and Associate Professor Dr K Raj Kumar received the Telangana State Best Teacher Award at a ceremony at the Kodangal Boys Junior College on Saturday. He received the award from Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy in the presence of Dr Yogita Rana, Principal Secretary, Education Department, Dr A. Devasena, Commissioner of Collegiate and Technical Education and Palamuru University Vice-Chancellor Prof GN Srinivas.
Dr Kumar was selected in recognition of his contributions to providing education to students and his services towards improving academic standards in teaching and research.
Vice-Chancellor Prof. G.N. Srinivas and Registrar Prof. P. Ramesh Babu congratulated him and said that receiving a state-level Best Teacher Award by a faculty member of the university was a matter of pride and would inspire other teachers.
