Congress marks 1,000 days in power with massive bike rally
Khanapur: The Congress government’s completion of 1,000 days in office was marked by a massive bike rally in Nirmal district on Saturday. The rally was organised as per the directions of TPCC president Mahesh Kumar Goud and led by DCC president and Khanapur MLA Vedma Bojju Patel.
The rally began at Utnoor and passed through Kadam, Khanapur and Mamda before reaching Nirmal headquarters, with more than 1,000 bikes participating. Congress leaders, workers and supporters highlighted the government’s welfare schemes and development initiatives along the route.
Addressing the gathering, Bojju Patel said Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s government had prioritised farmers, women, youth, the poor and unemployed. He said the government was fulfilling its promises and gaining public trust. He also criticised the BRS and BJP, stating that people would respond to their criticism in the coming days. Party leaders and workers attended the programme.
