MLA Naini pitches development record against Opposition
Hanumakonda: Warangal West MLA Naini Rajender Reddy said the Congress government had demonstrated visible development in just two-and-a-half years and was implementing its promises to the people in phases. Speaking at celebrations marking 1,000 days of the Congress government in front of the District Congress Committee office in Hanumakonda on Thursday, Naini said criticism, protests and political agitations were easy, but showing tangible development was the real challenge. Congress leaders and workers marked the occasion by bursting fireworks and distributing sweets.
The MLA said several key projects, including the Warangal airport, underground drainage, railway development, master plan, educational institutions, collectorate, polytechnic college, IGI and major roads, were being taken up to strengthen the city’s infrastructure.
He challenged the opposition to a public debate comparing development and funds brought to Warangal during the previous 10 years with those secured by the Congress government in the last two-and-a-half years.
MLA Naini said the government was committed to transparency, welfare and development based on Warangal’s future needs.
