Neetu Shutteran Wala broke down in tears as he had only received 5 votes.
Neetu, who has a workshop which manufactures shutters, is known as Shutteran Wala due to his business.
On Thursday afternoon, Neetu had walked out of the counting centre with utter disappointment and tears after getting 5 votes. The emotional breakdown of Neetu was captured on cameras.
At the end of the day, he had however, polled 856 votes.
