New Delhi: President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday announced on Twitter that they would not participate in any Holi events in the wake of the fresh coronavirus cases reported in India. President's message on Twitter reads: "With alertness and safeguards, we all can help contain the outbreak of COVID-19.
