Jugnoo has now gone multilingual. Jugnoo's driver side app is now available in eight different languages apart from English. The drivers will now have an option to choose their preferred language from English, Hindi, Gujarati, Oriya, Assamese, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu.

The move comes in-line with Jugnoo's aggressive expansion plan in tier II & tier III cities where auto rickshaw is one of the highly dependent and preferred modes of transport and application usage is preferred in the regional language.

Speaking on the launch, Samar Singla, Founder and CEO at Jugnoo, said: "Majority of our business comes from tier II & tier III cities where drivers find it difficult to read either Hindi or English given the diversity of our country.

The app now has a multilingual interface, which help the drivers to engage with our application in their chosen language. This will further enable the drivers to understand the app with relative ease, saving time and improving the productivity."

Jugnoo, a Chandigarh based company, was established in 2014. It has ventured into the industry as one of the leading auto-rickshaw aggregators with 35,000 people transacting per day, at a very nascent stage. It is a mobile app offering one of the largest networks of auto-rickshaws in India. It has over 12,000 autos empanelled under the brand at present. Jugnoo has its presence in 35 cities.
