Christmas celebrated with devotion
Christians performed prayers at church in Pedakakani in Guntur district on Monday on the occasion of Christmas. They sang devotional songs and greeted one another and conveyed Christmas greetings.

Speaking on the occasion, Rev Samuel conveyed Christmas greetings to the people of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He expressed confidence that with the blessings of Jesus Christ, both the states would prosper.
He said Jesus Christ showed the way for affection and love. He reminded that the latter loved His enemies and urged to follow His preachings for peace in society.
North Parish Guntur church pastor Elia recited the Holy Bible in the church and conveyed Christmas greetings to the people.
He stressed on the need to follow preachings of Jesus Christ who sacrificed His life and stressed on need to love and show affection. The Christians cut the cake and distributed.
