MLA inspects Indoor Stadium works
MLA Badeti Kota Ramarao (Bujji) said that Rs one crore was spent on developing the Indoor Stadium here. The MLA visited the Indoor Stadium on Sunday and inspected the ongoing works of basketball court construction.
Eluru: MLA Badeti Kota Ramarao (Bujji) said that Rs one crore was spent on developing the Indoor Stadium here. The MLA visited the Indoor Stadium on Sunday and inspected the ongoing works of basketball court construction.
He said that out of Rs one crore, a sum of Rs 32 lakh was spent on the development of the ground and Rs 15 lakh to construct the basketball court. “Another sum of Rs 12 lakh is being spent on the construction of skating rink. Besides this, the compound wall and development of stage have been taken up in the Indoor Stadium.”
He said that soon the developed Indoor Stadium would be inaugurated. Bujji and MLC Ramu Surya Rao inspected the Basket Ball Court and watched the quality of the construction. RDO G Chakradhara Rao, District Sports Development officer MA Aziz accompanied the MLA and MLC.
