In order to receive feedback on the quality of service from the passengers, the APSRTC Prakasam regional manager K Adam Saheb and mangers of 8 depots travelled to various destinations on Monday. They interacted with the passengers in the bus, inspected the bus stands, shops in them and offered various suggestions to the staff including drivers and conductors in the buses.

Ongole: In order to receive feedback on the quality of service from the passengers, the APSRTC Prakasam regional manager K Adam Saheb and mangers of 8 depots travelled to various destinations on Monday. They interacted with the passengers in the bus, inspected the bus stands, shops in them and offered various suggestions to the staff including drivers and conductors in the buses.

The RM Adam Saheb travelled from Ongole to Podili in Telugu Velugu bus and interacted with the passengers in it and noted down few suggestions from the public. He met the shop owners in the Podili bus stand and offered solutions to their problems.

Similarly, the Ongole depot manager travelled in the Telugu Velugu bus to Guntur, Addanki depot manager to Narasarao Pet, Chirala depot manager to Narasarao Pet, Markapauram depot manager to Podili, Podili depot manager to Addanki, Kandukur depot manager to Kanigiri and others in various routes and promised the public to implement best suggestions and improve the service of APSRTC buses in the region.
