65% pass Sr Inter

A total of 65.36 per cent of students have passed the Intermediate second year, which is more than 7 per cent compared to last year. Minister for Secondary Education K Parthasarathy who declared the results on Friday said girls fared better with 69.04 per cent compared to 62 per cent of the boys.

Nearly 48.31 per cent of successful candidates secured A grade (75% or more) 31.8 per cent by B Grade ( 60% to75%). Krishna District continued its top performance with 77 per cent whereas Mahabubnagar remained at the bottom with just 45 per cent.
