Keeping in view the increasing demand for the tender coconut water and the difficulties in chopping it, Devender, a young graduate in computer science from city, invented a new machine for chopping coconuts safely as well as easily. He worked for more than six months on this project along with his friends.
Finally he invented a low-cost coconut chopper with which anyone can chop and have a sip of water.This invention made him grow as an entrepreneur. He, along with his friends started 'Godavari Cool Coco' a corporate-style coconut vending cart. At present, 12 such carts are moving around the city offering tender coconut water. People are getting attracted to the branding and technology used to chop the coconuts.
